Digital products & online courses
All digital products sold by Aleena Aesthetics & Hair — including online courses, course content, downloadable manuals and resources — are non-refundable.
Because our digital products are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. By completing your purchase and gaining instant access to the content, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which no longer applies once access to digital content has begun.
We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations on digital products for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to complete or access the course after enrolment
- Lack of time to complete the course
- Purchasing the wrong product in error
Technical issues
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing your course or downloads, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@aleenahairandaesthetics.co.uk and we will do everything we can to resolve it and ensure you receive the content you paid for.
In-studio treatments
This policy applies to digital products only. Bookings and deposits for in-person treatments are subject to our separate booking and cancellation terms.
